Hellenic Children’s Museum

If you want to enjoy time with your family and visit a place full of excitement that your children will love, the Hellenic Children’s Museum in Athens is ideal for you! Founded in 1987 by a group of young scientists, the museum offers activities for children that help them develop their potential.

The Hellenic Children’s Museum in Athens operates in a way in which parents and children interact and participate in artistic, technological and scientific activities, in order to familiarize children with the cultural and technological heritage of Greece. Each week different educational workshops are offered for children that include games, movies and exhibitions.

The entrance to the museum is for children up to 12 years, open to the public Tuesday till Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 15:00. The best workshops take place during the weekend, an opportune experience to learn and have fun at the same time! It is certainly a place that the whole family should visit because children also deserve to enjoy themselves during family vacations!
